Location : The Green view is another budget hotel located in the middle of Soi 15 near Soi Diamond, right in the heart of Walking Street near bars, entertainments with all the nightlife and the action close by. The rooms are simple but comfortable, nicely decorated, and offers TV, air cond, mini fridge and free wi-fi. The bars and clubs nearby are audible at night, but not overbearing. The perfect hotel if you are a single male and your purpose is to enjoy Pattaya’s world famous girls nightlife but maybe not the best choice for those looking for a peaceful nights sleep in the city. Location : Good location just seconds from Walking Street surrounded by loads of bars, massages and gogos and close to the beach. The room was clean but basic and not great, the furnitures a bit decrepit, oldish, and Wifi in room is chargeable. The Hotel also offers a not really attractive pool downside and all the hotel need some real maintenance. Overall a very cheap hotel centrally located and totally convenient if you want enjoy the nightlife in Pattaya or bring back one of these local beauties in your bed and don’t mind the old rooms, but if you’re looking for confortable hotel, this one is definitly not for you. Location : Budget hotel set on Soi Night Out, a short side street that connects Soi 7 & 8 with Beach Road less that 5 minutes on foot and Walking Street around 20 minutes walk. There are plenty of nightlife options close by. Room are basic but clean and tidy with comfy bed, rather old generation TV with a limited selection of channels, small table and chair, air conditioning and minibar with snacks at reasonable prices. No free WiFi in the room but it is available at 100 THB (US$ 3) for 5 hours. For early or light sleepers it is advisable to request a room that is not facing the bars as they can be rather noisy. Location : This hotel is a small budget hotel located close to the very popular go go bars and beer bars around Soi 7, 8 and down to the blow job bars and ST rooms on Soi 6. The hotel is clean, rooms are confortable with small bacony, a bit noisy at night but no problem for those looking to enjoy the red light districts from the sideline. Not a big luxury hotel here, no free Wifi but adequate and perfectly set for all those who want to be in the center of nightlife straight in the middle of actions. Location : The Queen Pattaya Hotel is a other budget hotel located Central Pattaya area near the many minor nightlife establishments popular throughout Soi 8, Soi 7 and not far from Soi 6 (think ST). The hotel standard rooms are correct, not newest (specially the bathroom a bit oldish), but come with basic furnitures and small balcony. The hotel also features a small swimming pool which is a good point for short dips. Overall really not advised to all those looking for high standing accomodations or quiet rooms due to the location in nightlife, but conveniant enough for whom want the basics and don’t really care internet as the Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel in the public areas. Location : Cheap hotel set Soi 10 closer to all main attractions. Walking Street is really within walking range, beach is just 100 mts from hotel. Despite the name there are no seaview rooms except one expensive suite. The rooms themselves are large but dated. Bed was hard and airconditioners can be noisy at times. No Wifi In room. Location : Located Beach Road Soi 11, 10 minutes on foot from Walking Street near shops, bars and nightlife. Rooms are basic and although the hotel does need updating, they offer clean and comfortable accommodation with TV, mini-fridge, in room safe and slightly noisy air conditioning. The bathroom was compact but with good pressure and hot water. The hotel also features a nice pool with a few sun lounges but only suitable for about 6 people at a time! With an excellent location and a fair price, I recommend this hotel for all those wanting to party late into the night as the noise may become troublesome. Location : New wing added to the original Natural Beach hotel, so same location near Walking Street and close to the Beach. Rooms are basic and clean but compared to the Natural Beach they offer better amenities : bigger fridge (refrigerator – not a mini-fridge as in the Natural Beach), quieter room (due to the location), and well kept bathroom (with more complimentary toiletries). The little outdoor swimming pool common with the Natural Beach hotel was a good place for short exercises the morning. Compared to the Natural Beach I would say a better value for money. Location : Set on Soi 8 this in the heart of all the action the hotel is in a good location for the nightlife close to a lot of nice bars, restaurants, Central festival 2 mins walk away and just around 5 min from Walking street by on one of the 10 baths taxis. The rooms are a little out dated, furniture is rather old in the ‘Original part’ sea side of the hotel, but adequate in the ‘Superior building’ at the back to the rooms facing the sea. Simple rooms but nothing extra. No Free Wifi and safe boxes are available only in reception and not in the rooms. There is a good rooftop swimming pool which gives nice views of the ocean. Overall really not the best hotel in Pattaya as the hotel can be noisy at night until 3am but a basic and cheap accomodation for nightlife and all entertainments activities. Location : The Ambiance Hotel recently renovated has a good location in the Boyz town, the gay part of the Pattaya entertainment district. The hotel is also a two minute walk to the beach and near Walking Street. Located in the popular gay area, is okay to stay there even if you’re straight. Deluxe and superior rooms are modern, big enough (around 25 square meters), recently refreshed with new comfy big beds, airconditioning, mini bar, cable TV, free fast and stong wifi and an updated shower room. The hotel also features a good gym, a bar and a nightclub right downstairs. Except the noise of music from the surrounding clubs (normal here in Pattaya), although most of rooms are rather pretty well soundproof, overall with all the bars in Boyztown and all the Pattaya entertainment few steps around (no gay), a excellent hotel and good value for money. Location is great, just Central Pattaya, across the street from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, but still quite peaceful if you just want to relax. The hotel offers a large swimming pool which gets the sun all day which in my experience is rare for quite a built up city. Good free Wi-Fi in room. If you’re expecting a 4 star hotel you’re going to be disappointed, but if you are looking for cheap and clean you should be more than happy. Location : Located just 1700 ft from Pattaya Walking Street and five minutes from the shops at Royal Garden Plaza, the Baywalk Residence has a great location along Pattaya Beach. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light and are decorated with wooden furniture and wall panelling. Each room has a flat screen TV, refrigerator, mini bar and some rooms have separate living areas and private balcony. Good restaurant on the 3rd floor sea side, nice terrace on the 6th floor, decent gym pool and excellent pool and lounge chairs rooftop with a fantastic 180º sea view of Pattaya bay. Location : The Eastiny Inn Hotel is ideally located in the middle action of Soi 8 surrounded by nightlife, girls and beer bars, five minutes on foot from Central Festival Pattaya Beach and just ten minutes walk from Walking Street. With a large roof pool, free WiFi available in all public areas, mini mart facilities, and laundry services everything on hand the hotel offers everything a traveller could require. The rooms although basic are correct with wooden furnishings and tiled floors, fully air conditioned with private balcony, cable TV, refridgerator with minibar and private bathroom with great hot shower. Location : Average hotel located Soi 10 right off of beach road and close to second road. Restaurants, bar, shopping centres and Soi 8 nightlife close by, Walking street a little further. My room was nice size but old looking and needs some upgrading. Quite small swimming pool. No free Wi-Fi in room only free in the lobby and very slow. A/C old and noisy. Location : Perfectly set in the heart of the action of Soi 7, complete with girl, beer bars and night life the minute you step out onto the street, the Eastiny Seven Hotel is 100 meters from the beach and about 20 minutes walk from Walking Street (or 5 minutes by Tuk-Tuk or Baht bus). Great place and attractive prices but no frills here. The rooms are clean and all come with the basics, a comfy bed with sheets changed daily, good air conditioning, a TV older generation but with a good selection of English speaking channels, a mini bar, safetybox and a small balcony with views. The bathroom had bath-shower combo, lots of hot water and a selection of free toiletries. Although there is no free in room WiFi this is accessible for free in the lobby and can be purchased for a small fee. Hotel also offers room service that is not over priced and there is a nice little pool on the third floor with a few sun beds. Like all these hotels already recommanded here in this list, The Eastiny Seven Hotel has a open guest friendly policy, so for more action you can also explore on Soi 8 less that a minute away with more beer bars and girls. Location : The Flipper House set soi 7 near near restaurants, bars and gogo bars is an older property in Pattaya. Everything is with in walking distance here. The beach is a ten minute walk and the entertainement of Soi 6, Soi Buakhoi and Walking Street easy to get. The rooms for this large hotel are clean, mix of newer rooms and older rooms. The hotel also features two beautiful roof-top pools. Of course, with bars at proximity and the lively city activities the neighborhood is can be noisy at night but as you know when I come to Pattaya I choose to be here for some other reasons. Location : The Penthouse Hotel is famous in Pattaya. Set 5 minutes from the nightlife district with the Kitten Club a popular go-go bar downstairs as well as a ladyboy go go bar called Obsessions, the Hotel is the perfect place for single guys traveling in Pattaya, one of the few hotels with in house hookers. In a psyche style, rooms are stylish and quiches designed for maximizing pleasure. Jacuzzi, swing, stripper pole, in-house porn-channels and lots of other stuff to rave with beautiful thai. This is not a hotel for a stay, more for a night in hell from dusk till dawn yes with girlfriends. The pool is cool perfect for a midnight swim. Go there it is excellent at least for one night alone, accompanied or more to enjoy in a big room. An amazing experience and a great holiday. Location : Sabai Inn is part of the well know hospitality group Sabai Group in Pattaya. Set on the Beach Road in the heart of Pattaya where everything is a few minutes walk away or a baht bus. The hotel offers a very warm welcome and with a total of 67 expertly designed guest rooms and suites at reasonable prices it is hardly a surprise that this is the “most booked” for website visitors. Location : Good hotel with good amenities, one of the best budget hotel in this location near to beach, entertainment and nightlife, but far enough from the crazy Walking Street. You have loads of restaurants and bars just down the street and it is also close to night market, Big C supermarket, Mcdonalds, Drinking street, Soi 6 and number of massages and spas services, travel agencies, motor rent…so everything here is convenient. The room I booked was correct considering the cost of hotel and the price I paid, clean, spacious with large confortable bed and far enough back so as not to be disturbed with the late night partying. I loved that it had a kitchenette area with microwave and big fridge in my room plus all the expected amenities : 32″ LCD TV, functional bathtub with constant hot water, free wifi and balcony with sun lounger. The hotel also features a nice outdoor swimming pool, a fully equiped fitness centre and sauna. The only issue was that wifi allows only a single login at any time, this can be annoying for those with multiple devices. Location : The Sabai Empress is luxurious hotel located Soi 2 North Pattaya so near the beach, close to entertainment and night life areas, but far away the bustle of Walking Street but still accessible by the local taxis tucked by the road side. The hotel is modern, almost new and my room was clean, big, luxurious, decorated with contemporary style with hardwood floors, a seperate sitting area, bed with bright headboards with Thai style accents, TV with a number of cable channels, free Wi-Fi acces, safety box and minibar, plus a well equipped private bathroom. The rooftop swimming pool and pool bar was small but relaxing with a wide views of Pattaya city. There is also some good local restaurants around the hotel and Big C market was right across the road so very convenient to buy food. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equiped and all come with the expected amenities : large beds and corner sofa, flat screen TV with English channels, efficient air conditioning, large and well stocked fridge, safety box, free WiFi and a large bathroom with separate walk in shower and bathtub, great water pressure and free toiletries. There is also a nice balcony with table and chairs and the rooftop pool boasts incredible views over Pattaya and its bay. Location : The Seven Zea Chic Hotel is a new modern hotel opened a year a half ago and is located on Soi 5, very quiet and 2 minutes from the best part of Pattaya beach and less than 5 mins away from Soi 6 and all it has to offer with regards to girls and action. Soi 7/8 are about 10 minutes on foot and Walking Street around 30 minutes walk (10-15 by Bath bus depending on traffic). The rooms are well designed with big glass wall and it is all modern and newly decorated. The king size bed was super comfy and there was a flat screen TV with good selection fo English channels, climate control, free WiFi that was reliable and fast, a safe that could easily fit a 13 – 15″ laptop, wardrobe with bathrobes and well stocked mini bar although a little expensive. The room could have done more with a chair or sofa as it seemed a little sparse but no big deal. The bathroom was clean with shower that had excellent pressure and free toiletries. The hotel also has an amazing infinity rooftop pool that spans the length of the building, great for chilling in the sun with a drink and taking in the great views of Pattaya bay. The staff were really friendly and spoke good English and there was no problem bringing girls back regardless of the hour. For the price I paid an excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Location : The Aya Boutique Hotel is a modern hotel conveniently located on the Pattaya city walk just 15 seconds from Beach Road and 5 minutes from Walking Street. The rooms are clean, stylish, not the largest but well designed. They come with comfortable king sized bed, wooden floor, large flat screen TV with good selection of English channels and free WiFi for multiple devices. They also offer a loft-area with a sofa in the corner near the window, mini bar with drinks and tea and coffee making facilities. The balcony was small with no view equipped with table and chair but at least it has merit to exist. The hotel also provide a nice pool that is partially covered on the 3rd floor and a small gym pool with terrace on the top floor. Location : The LK The Empress in a beautiful hotel, one of the best hotels in Pattaya and it’s not without reasons I usually book my rooms here. Centrally located, close to the beach, this hotel offers beautiful, clean and spacious rooms, nice swimming pools, workout facilities, great breakfast and good quality restaurants. Rooms have elegant decors, large, modern with a balcony, comfy bed, LCD TV, a vast bathroom with huge mirror, laptop safe, and lifts! Shopping malls, small bars and nightlife are nearby. It took me about 8-10 minutes walk to Walking Street or a 10 baht bus ride. Fast and free wifi. My first choice in Central Pattaya. Highly recommended. Location : The Page 10 Hotel is another top hotel with many assets. It’s located walking distance to Soi LK Metro where are located my favorite go-go bars, beer bars (and freelancers) in Pattaya. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are modern, comfortable and really spacious… Walking Street is about 10 minutes away and it’s easy to take a glance at freelancers along Beach Road too. Location : Hard Rock has always been same around the world with best swimming pools and staffs. The room I booked was nice and clean & modern, sea facing and pool facing. Rooms was comfortable and big and also the showers. I loved the breakfast and location. Close to beach lots of activities to keep you entertained ie water basketball and volleyball and there is a distinct party atmosphere surrounding the hotel of an evening. Foam party every Saturday is amazing for hotel guests at discounted rates. I would surely recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to Pattaya. Location : The Eastiny Place Hotel is just 220 yards from Pattaya Beach and about half a mile from the Royal Garden Plaza shopping centre. The room was a small but functional and the bed large and really comfortable. There was a TV with a wide selection of channels, air conditioning, safety box, the and coffee making facilities and the bathroom although not big was adequate and worked well. The only disappointment was the free high speed internet which was slow during my stay. Hotel also features a good swimming pool and an onsite restaurant but I didn’t realy use. Location : The best thing about the Lido Beach is the location, 2/3min walk from Walking Street, beside beach, near bars and restaurants. So if you’re there to experience the nightlife, the Lido Beach is a good place to stay but don’t expect 5 star…or even 4…only a good value for price paid. Room was large but a bit tired and the décor fairly plain. Free wi-fi in room was working fine, although it was not the fastest. The major problem with my room was the shower. It was really difficult to control the temperature; I had to constantly shift the tap between hot and cold settings just to stay in that fleeting state of warm water. Location : The Privi Hotel Pattaya is located Soi Post Office between Beach Road and Second Road, so near Bar Street and several go go bars nearby with a lot of pick ups. The rooms are decent sized and the beds are comfortable. I like the poolside best it is relaxing and very restful. The free wifi is fast, but you need to log in again every time you leave the hotel and return. Overall I would say a decent hotel with very affordable rates for those who want clean rooms, good location, and of course no extra charges to take one (or more) companion(s) back to your room. Location : The Summer Spring Hotel is a good 3 stars hotel situated north Pattaya far away from the main hustle and bustle of Walking Street. Location is just 50 mts from beach. The area is quiet, and my room which was on the 3rd floor with a sea view was large, airy, with comfortable king size bed, air con, safe, large fridge freezer and decent bath room. There is a pool on the roof like many hotel in Pattaya, not very big but nice and offering great see view. Location : The Baboona Beachfront Living Hotel is a cosy hotel in Northern Pattaya just opposite to Pattaya beach, 500 meters from Central Festival Pattaya Big C and good 30 minute walk from Walking Street. The rooms are spacious, great with nice balconies overlooking see and offer large bed, flat screen TVs with tons of world wide channels, DVD player, good A/C, in room safe box and non alcoholic minifridge. Hotel also features equipped fitness centre, a outdoor dining restaurant near the beach, and DVDs that can be rented right from the hotel library. The only downside I noticed during my last stay was the very bad wifi signal sometimes suddenly broken in my room. Aside from that, considering the sunset and fantastic ocean view every morning from balcony, a good value hotel for money highly recommended for beach lovers and nightlife activities. Location : Tall hotel in Pattaya a bit dated but with great location and superb view of Pattaya Bay. The rooms are clean, good size, not really modern but quite ok for the price. Bed was comfortable and hotel offers a large rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped fitness centre and 24 hour room service. My main complaint was the hot water in bathroom which was not always working properly during my stay, the reception ladies I saw sometime rude with some customers and Wifi Internet service charged 400 Baht ($US 8 per day) in room. Aside from the great location in Pattaya next to the entertainment area, 2 min next to the beach and bars and cheap hotel prices offered by Agoda more a 2-stars then a 3-stars hotel. Location : The Bayview Pattaya property is beautiful 4-stars hotel, pool & interiors, located in the center of Pattaya close to restaurants, nightlife and the major attractions of the city. Beach is just meters away and Central Festival and Garden Plaza shopping malls are nearby. The deluxe room I had booked initially was garden wing and I upgraded myself to the ocean/ pool view in the main reception building and it was worth every penny. The room had better interiors and a fabulous view. Spacious with modern facilities, comfortable beds, nice size flat screen TV, fridge and quiet surroundings. Free wifi available in the lobby but not in my room during my stay (due to some maintenance operations). The hotel also has a two nice swimming pools set within a garden environment. Pretty good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Overall nothing fancy here but nice hotel in and pretty good location recommended to everyone. The rooms are spacious, large and well furnished and well appointed with nice bathrooms and all modern amenities. Flat sreen TV was ok but the Wi-Fi although free kept dropping out. The new extended pool are at rooftop was nice and peaceful despite being in the heart and hustle and bustle of Pattaya. The breakfast wasn’t elaborate, but sufficient to satisfy for everyone. Staff was attentive and helpful. Over all I would say a cheap 4-stars hotel considering the price I paid highly recommended for his excellent location near bars/restos and all the popular public areas. Location : Beautiful but slightly older hotel with huge, very well laid out rooms located on soi Diana Inn, near Soi LK Metro and just 5 minutes from Beach Road. Beer bars across the road, and the delights of many Agogos are just around the corner. Walking street is in easy ride as well (15 minutes walk or a quick motorbike taxi ride). All rooms are done in a Renaissance fashion with statues, pictures and furniture. A few maintenance problems are starting to show up but, overall, the hotel is in very good condition. The beds are very comfortable, most rooms have a DVD player with television and a stereo system included. The bathroom was clean and had a separate shower cubicle with good water pressure and hot water. Free Wifi Ok in my room and also PC’s with internet connection in the lobby. The hotel has also a small outdoor swimming pool which is great first thing in the morning. All in all nice hotel advertised as 4-star but nearer a three and a half.
